Saint Rose of Lima is making another Church Directory! By using Instant Church Directory, you will be able to access the directory online and update your information there as well.
With our secure, email and password protected server, only families at Saint Rose will be able to access our directory online.

With Instant Church Diectory, your email addresses you provided to Saint Rose when becoming a parishioner is used as your login information. In the coming weeks, you will receive an email from Instant Church Directory requesting a photo to be added to your family. Following this link, you can update your own photo and family information.
To get started,- Members log in at https://members.instantchurchdirectory.com/ with their email address. If Saint Rose does not have your email in our data base, you will not be able to log in.
- To give Saint Rose your email address to update your family information and add a photo, fill out the form below with your first and last name and your email(s).
- Members will click "Edit My Family" in the menu bar.
- Members will complete their updates on-screen.
- Upload your photo.
- Members then click the "Submit Edits" button.
If you are having issues submitting your photo online, email them to Leah at lheselton@saintroseoflima.net and they will be submitted. - Members log in at https://members.instantchurchdirectory.com/ with their email address. No. Saint Rose has decided to not publish addresses and phone numbers in our directory. Only names and photos will be available. We made this decision to ensure the privacy of all parishioners.
Other parishoners will be able to see your name and photos.

If you do not receive an email, that means Saint Rose does not have your correct email in their system. Fill out the form above with your email address to get your account started.
If you do not have an email address, photos will be taken during the parish office hours from October 10-13.

Call the parish office at 651-645-9389 and schedule a photo to be taken October 10-13. If these dates will not work for you, an alternate date can be scheduled. You will still be able to recieve a Churh Directory in print.

Yes. The Church Directory will be able to be viewed online, but we will also be printed for all parishioners as well.

Only Saint Rose Parishioners will be able to see our Church Directory. It is only for the use of Saint Rose Parishioners and will not be used for any marketing. Your information entered into the Directory will not be used.
